Return & Refund Policy

 

We offer a 7-day return policy, subject to the following requirements:

Timely Returns: Your return request must be initiated within 7 days from the date of your purchase.

  • Original Condition: The item must be in its original, unworn, and undamaged condition. All tags, labels, and packaging must be included.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide a copy of the original receipt, order confirmation, or other proof of purchase when initiating your return.

All earrings are final sale and are not eligible for an exchange or return. All sale and discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for an exchange or return. Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or misuse are not eligible for an exchange or return.

 

 RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@amourdepot.com. Provide your name, order number in the subject line, and a brief description of the reason for the return. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed, including the return address. 

Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring it is secure to prevent damage during transit. Use a trackable shipping method and consider purchasing shipping insurance. Please note that unless your item is defective, incorrect, or damaged we are not responsible for shipping fees that may arise for returns.

After receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return requirements. If everything is in order, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. 
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Refunds may take up to 14 business days to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

Customers Outside of the USA: Please note that any customs duties or charges incurred by us in receiving your returned item will be deducted from the refund amount.

Custom Orders: Custom-made or personalized jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during transit. We encourage you to carefully review all customization details before placing your order to ensure accuracy.

Exchanges: We currently do not offer any exchanges. Please check your sizing beforehand to make sure that the product is right for you. The most efficient way to get the correct item is to email us at support@amourdepot.com within 7 days of delivery receipt to process a full return and place a new order. 

UNCLAIMED/UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

To ensure smooth deliveries, we kindly ask our customers to double-check their shipping information. In the rare event of an unclaimed package or an undeliverable address, we will contact you and offer to resend, or a refund for the item's purchase price. However, any return shipping charges, shipping fees, or incurred customs duties will be deducted from the refund amount.
